PAYMENT AND RETURN

Payment Terms
We accept the major types of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay).
If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us to receive an invoice.
Payment for the booked services must be made at least 7 days before the services are provided, unless otherwise agreed or required. In case of non-payment for the booked services within 7 days before the services are provided, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
If the total cost of the booked services exceeds 500 USD, you are required to make an advance payment of 30% (thirty) percent of the total cost of the reserved services at least 30 calendar days before the services are provided.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the services are provided, unless otherwise agreed or required.
If the booked services involve third-party services (e.g., hotel accommodation), the payment and cancellation terms will be governed by the third-party provider’s terms.
In exceptional cases, the company reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment at its discretion.
Refund Policy
As the Company will have incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

“Travel Bee Ltd” acts in good faith and is not responsible for any losses, damages, accidents, illnesses, or schedule changes caused by weather conditions or road conditions, force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or any other disruptions beyond the control of “Travel Bee Ltd”.
Throughout the tour, the owner is responsible for their luggage.
